Lattice ispMACH 4000 来自莱迪思公司的高性能 ispMACH 4000 系列产品提供 SuperFAST （超快）的 CPLD 解决方案。ispMACH 4000 系列器件有3.3V、2.5V 和 1.8V 三种供电电压，分别属于 ispMACH 4000V、ispMACH 4000B 和 ispMACH 4000C 器件系列。

莱迪思公司还基于 ispMACH 4000 的器件结构开发出了业界最低静态功耗的 CPLD 系列－ 按此获取业界最低功耗的CPLD...零功耗的ispMACH 4000Z ispMACH4000Z。ispMACH 4000V 和 ispMACH 4000Z 均支持 车用温度范围。ispMACH 4000 系列支持介于 3.3V 和 1.8V 之间的 I/O标准，既有业界领先的速度性能，又能提供最低的动态功耗。
